My name is Laura González Rodríguez and I completed my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree.

What I like about my job #

What I enjoy most in my profession is the continuous learning and the ongoing challenges that come with veterinary medicine. Ik vind het daarnaast leuk dat ik zowel met mensen als met dieren kan werken. Ook vind ik het fijn dat ik een bijdrage kan leveren aan een goede zorg voor elk huisdier.

Why I choose this career #

I like science and animals — a combination that naturally led me to become a veterinarian.

Pets #

I live with my dog, Gulhi, and my two cats, Maui and Fiji. All three are adopted.
Maui has a hip malformation, and I do physiotherapy for him at home.
Gulhi was born with a dental problem, and I have previously extracted some of his teeth myself.
Fiji is fine and healthy.

Hobbies #

I am creative and very active, and anything that fits that description is my hobby.
